PACKAGE PRICE per person  from € 420, -
Single supplement                   from € 165, -

The versatile nature in Northern Norway and Sweden, the archipelago of Lofoten, the cities of Bodø and Narvik, idyllically situated by the Sea and in the mountain, and the Swedish town Kiruna will be the frame for this autumn tour.

While winter is slowly approaching, the Northern Lights are increasingly visible in the sky. The chances to see this magic phenomenon is very good on this tour.

On the train ride onboard the Arctic Circle Train from Narvik to Kiruna, you will be amazed over the rugged beauty in this landscape as you pass.

You will also get to know Lofoten and Vesterålen during your stay.

Day 1: ARRIVE BODØ
Arrive Bodø. Her you will find the one of the largest Sea Eagle colonies and Bodø is also called the capital of the Sea Eagle. Bodø’s mountain range and the never-ending sky gives a fantastic background to observe the Northern Light. Overnight at Thon Hotel Nordlys.

Day 2: BODØ / LEKNES
From Bodø you will take the ferry to Moskenes on the southern tip of Lofoten. From here you continue through the beautiful landscape and archipelago. Overnight at Stattles Rorbusenter.

Day 3: LEKNES / NARVIK
In Sortland on Vesterålen is a visit to a Salmon farm on the agenda, of course including a taster. In the center for Aqua Culture you will get an insight in the Norwegian Salmon production. This visit includes a boat trip to the Salmon farm to see it up close. Overnight at Scandic in Narvik. The often-clear sky in this city makes it ideal for travelers to see the Northern Light.

Day 4: NARVIK / KIRUNA
Today a fantastic train journey onboard the Arctic Circle Train from Narvik to Kiruna. During the 3-hour train ride you will pass the mountain range Riksgränsen, the ski ares Björkliden and the Abisko National Park. Kiruna is part of the Swedish Lapland and is shaped by the Sami culture. At the same time the world’s largest Iron ore is very important to the city. In the afternoon it is possible to take a tour into the mine. Overnight at Scandic Ferrum.

Day 5: DEPART KIRUNA
It is time to depart Lapland on your own.
